Overall, we had a great stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the beds were especially comfortable. We would have appreciated having furniture on the balcony, as a table or chairs would have made it a more enjoyable and usable space.
Our main issue was the check-in process. We weren’t able to check in even an hour early, which disrupted our plans because our luggage was already being held at the front desk and we needed somewhere to freshen up and change. When it was finally time to check in, the room was still being cleaned, so we had to wait outside the door until the housekeeper finished.
We understand that booking through Airbnb means being assigned a specific room, while guests who book directly through the hotel may have more flexibility if another room is available. We would definitely stay here again, although we might book directly with the hotel next time. However, we really enjoyed the room and had a positive experience overall.
